Expand description

Typed per provider, with unknown keys rejected, so a typo like slak: is a load-time error rather than a silently missing provider.

§console: Option<ConsoleConfig>

Accepted for readability of config files, but the console provider is always registered: it is the routing fallback and cannot be turned off.
