EmailProvider

Struct EmailProvider

Source
pub struct EmailProvider { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Sends a plain-text email through an SMTP server or, in a build with AWS support, the Amazon SES API. Repeats of the same signal keep the same subject and References header, so mail clients thread them into one conversation instead of filling the inbox.

Implementations§

Source§

impl EmailProvider

Source

pub fn new(config: EmailConfig) -> Self

Trait Implementations§

Source§

impl Provider for EmailProvider

Source§

fn name(&self) -> &'static str

Source§

fn preview(&self, signal: &Signal) -> Option<Value>

What send would deliver for signal, without sending it, for checking templates (signal preview). None when the provider can’t show it.

fn send<'life0, 'life1, 'async_trait>( &'life0 self, signal: &'life1 Signal, ) -> Pin<Box<dyn Future<Output = Result<(), SignalError>> + Send + 'async_trait>>
where Self: 'async_trait, 'life0: 'async_trait, 'life1: 'async_trait,
